eHealth for Sub-saharan Africa (eHSA): Invitation To TenderFourth Study on Sustainability, Liability and Business Aspects - Closing date 30th January 2013
With the funding from the EU Africa Trust Fund, the co-funding from the Government of Luxembourg, and following a jointly defined collaboration and agreement with the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation, ESA has recently launched the Satellite-Enhanced Telemedicine and eHealth for Sub-Saharan Africa Programme (eHSA) with the aim of enabling the development of satellite-enhanced eHealth and Telemedicine infrastructure for the benefit of sub- Saharan Africa.
In the framework of the implementation of the first phase of this programme, the European Space Agency (ESA) hereby invites you to submit a tender for the above subject.
The Invitation to Tender was published on EMITS on 24 October 2012 (http://emits.esa.int/emits/owa/emits.main).
The Invitation to tender will also be made available through the EU-Africa Infrastructure Trust Fund (ITF) Portal (www.eu-africa-infrastructure-tf.net) to potential tenderers in EU Member States as well as in the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States.
