The first bilateral programme of major scale of the Luxembourg Cooperation in the Microfinance sector, project AFR/017, is supporting the Central Bank of West African States (UEMOA).
In this framework, the objective of the programme is to support the consolidation of the decentralised Financial sector as well as to control the risks of the promotion of microfinance activities in the UEMOA in relation with the new regulatory framework” emanate from the actions identified in the Regional decentralised finance support programme (PRAFIDE) and are directly executed by the UEMOA, under the direct responsibility of LuxDev.
