LuxDev, through the Support to civil society in Kosovo project, supported the publication of the jubilee 10th edition of ‘Za’ magazine, produced by the Jahjaga Foundation, marking an important milestone in the ongoing efforts to document, preserve and amplify women’s voices in society.

A special edition presented in Pristina

Dedicated to the memory of women whose personal stories have been carried through generations, this special edition highlights how lived experiences shape the collective identity. Through the voices of mothers, artists, researchers and curators, 'Za' reminds us that history is not told only through official documents and statistics, but also through everyday lives marked by resilience, creativity and hope. These stories invite reflection, learning and action towards a more just and inclusive future.

The jubilee edition was presented during a high-level event in Pristina, hosted by the Jahjaga Foundation, under the Support to civil society in Kosovo project. Funded by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and implemented by LuxDev, the project aims to strengthen democratic participation and support a vibrant, inclusive civil society in Kosovo.

By supporting initiatives that combine storytelling, institutional development and policy engagement, LuxDev continues to promote inclusive dialogue and to strengthen civil society as a cornerstone of democratic development.
