LuxDev relocates: the Agency opens a new chapter on Avenue de la Gare

On Monday 8 June 2026, LuxDev’s headquarters will move to its new address on Avenue de la Gare in Luxembourg City. The teams based in the Grand Duchy will settle into a new building designed to support the Agency’s development and the delivery of its activities.

Located in the heart of the Gare district, the mixed-use Connex Plaza building — combining a preserved historic façade with fully rebuilt infrastructure — will house LuxDev’s offices. Far more than just a workplace, the new headquarters has been conceived as a reflection of the Agency’s identity and values.

The layout of the spaces is structured around the five principles of sustainable development promoted by the 2030 Agenda: People, Planet, Prosperity, Peace and Partnership. Each floor of the building is linked to one of these pillars, creating a direct and tangible connection between the working environment and LuxDev’s vision.

This new setting, at once modern, sustainable and collaborative, will encourage interaction, innovation and teamwork, thereby effectively supporting the Agency’s activities.

The Agency will benefit from a working environment that matches its ambitions for the years ahead, while offering its staff a setting conducive to engagement and well-being.

The new premises will provide a greater number of meeting rooms, a large multi-purpose space for events and training, and areas specifically designed to enhance collaboration between teams.

Ideally located just a short walk from Luxembourg City’s central railway station, at the heart of a multimodal transport hub, LuxDev’s new headquarters is even more easily accessible for its national and international partners.
